O tema desta semana do PR&P, “It’s All in the Details”, dava pano para mangas e foi difícil decidir o que fazer.
(A dançar o twist...)
Blue for Teresa (let's twist again...)
Amarelo para a Ines!
Yellow for Ines!
I’ve got not one but two dresses to show you today!
This week’s theme at PR&P, "It's all in the Details", gave us room to explore so many different techniques and ways of embellishing our children’s clothes that it was difficult to decide what to do. But, in reality, this was a great opportunity to apply the pleats I’ve sewn on my new handbag to Teresa and Ines dresses.
I went for plain fabrics with bright and contrasting colors to enhance the pleats and create a shadow effect that I really love. The pattern is, as in the first and second weeks of PR&P, a basic A-line dress. No pockets this time, as the pleats were already hard work by themselves...
The girls’ photos were, like last week, taken in the beautiful courtyard of the ancient Citadel in Cascais, now converted into a Pousada de Portugal. For someone like me, who hasn’t yet mastered my camera (or my daughters!), its white walls are a fantastic background!
Adorei!!! estão perfeitos!!!
