I think that today is, probably, my last day at KCWC
because tomorrow the weekend starts and, with the girls at home,
I can't even think let alone sew!
I took the time I had today to finish a pair of overalls that were left long ago in the “things to do or finish” drawer.
I designed the pattern inspired by these vintage overalls that I saw at this blog. The first time I made them I used some crazy chess. This time I went for lightweight dark denim and joined, for the lining and knee pads, a flowered cotton fabric that I love.
As they don’t fit Teresa anymore and are still too big for Ines, I will give them to a friend from school. That’s because Teresa's friends, as they know I make most of her clothes, are asking me all the time to sew things for them too!
