For the last two weeks I’ve been
working on one of the most challenging projects of my (still short) life as a
seamstress: testing a shirt pattern for Compagnie M.
I fell in love with that shirt from the moment I first saw it on Marte’s blog so,
when she invited me to test the pattern, I was overjoyed!
Ines’s shirt is made out of striped cotton from a man's shirt that a friend gave me (thank you once again Patricia!) and the red piping and buttons with anchors were bought an old haberdashery in Cascais (both are vintage as I like!)
Marte’s pattern and instructions are fantastic and I was thrilled with the result. The shirt fits Ines’s tiny body beautifully and she really likes to wear it as it is so comfortable. And it even has that professional look, doesn’t it?!
The pattern will be for sale in the coming weeks so, if you like a good challenge, do try it!

ResponderEliminargorgeous marta. I love this shirt and can't wait to make one up!!
