A semana passada a Inês foi convidada para lanchar em casa
de um amigo da escola (com 3 anos já tem uma atividade social intensa, imagine-se!)
Achei que não fazia sentido levar um presente porque não era uma festa de aniversário
mas pensei que seria simpático levar qualquer coisa. Sugeri fazermos umas
bolachas. Elas adoraram, claro!
Tiramos a receita do livro "O Meu Primeiro Livro de Culinária"
da Annabel Karmel. Não ficaram minimamente parecidas com as das fotografias mas
estavam ótimas. E divertimo-nos imenso na cozinha…
Aqui fica a receita:
330gr farinha, 150gr açucar, 250gr manteiga ou margarina, 1 gema de ovo,1/2 colher de chá de sal, 1 colher de sopa de cacau em pó.
Amassar bem todos os ingredientes. Dividir a massa em duas e a uma delas juntar o cacau. Formar duas bolas e envolver em pelicula. Deixar descansar 30 minuots no frigorífico. Estender a massa com um rolo da massa e formar as bolachas. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC.

a birthday party but it would be nice to take anything.
I suggested we make some cookies. And they loved it, of
course!
We took the recipe from Annabel Karmel's "Mom and Me Cookbook ". The cookies turned out quite different from the photographs on the book, but they tasted great. And we had lots of fun in the kitchen...

Here is the recipe:
330gr flour, 150gr sugar, 250gr butter or margarine, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
In a big bowl ix all ingredients. Divide the dough into two and add the cocoa to one of them. Form two balls and wrap film. Let stand in the refrigerator 30 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and form the cookies. Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C.
